Yes, according to media reports, the country’s oil marketing companies such as HPCL, BPCL, IOC have announced an increase in the price of unsubsidised LPG Gas Cylinder. So now between the Corona epidemic and the lockdown there will be more pressure on people’s pockets. According to the report, the price of 14.2 kg unsubsidised LPG cylinder has gone up by Rs 11.50 per cylinder in Delhi. So now the new price has gone up to Rs 593. Apart from this, the price of a 19 kg cylinder has gone up by Rs 110 to Rs 1,139.50.
According to the price information posted on the IOC’s website, the price of a 14.2-kg unsubsidised LPG cylinder in Delhi has gone up to Rs 593 from Rs 581.50. On the other hand, other major cities are reportedly priced at Rs 616.00 in Kolkata, Rs 590.50 in Mumbai and Rs 606.50 in Chennai from Rs 584.50, Rs 579.00 and Rs 569.50 respectively.
Also price increase in 19 kg LPG cylinder:
According to the report, the price of 19 kg LPG cooking gas cylinder has also gone up. Which is applicable from today i.e. 1st June. In Delhi, a 19-kg cylinder will now cost Rs 110, up from Rs 1,139.50 from June 1. Which was earlier available at Rs 1029.50. Then in Kolkata also 19 kg LPG cylinder will now be available at Rs.1193.50, in Mumbai at Rs.1087.50 and in Chennai at Rs.1254.00
